another old drawing that has finally -and when I say 'finally', I really mean finally- been done today, although sort of half-heartedly cause I get really desperate on the background and... well, this just seems like one of the place where I'm free to dump things, so... -kicked-

well, this is done on a F4 paper -that I collected from random places one time my school was having a final examination; usually this kind of paper is used for subjects that need counting like math or physics and some are just thrown without even being used; that's why I'm taking them-, so I need to fold it in half and scan both sides separately for the paper is bigger than the scanner. and as you can see, I failed at combining the two different sides later on. -face-palm-
...and again, the background. -face-palm again-
erm... anyway, first started this on June 2011, so it has indeed been laid undone for more than a year now. and yeah, you guys can probably guess thats the main reason it's not touched for such a long time is the... yeah, background. poor drawing, you are... -sob; kicked-
well, at least all four of them get a lovely gift -I'd like to think it's from Jack cause he seems to be the one that'd give wrapped things like the ones in the pic the most, but feel free to imagine other guys :)-, right? erm... I don't know what occasion they're for, though. spring thanksgiving, maybe...? :'D -thrown with cookies; hey, that's actually quite nice; slapped-
and actually plan to draw them again cause they're just so charming and distinctive from each other, in my opinion, but hopefully with a bigger intention to work on the background next time. this one is just... well, how to say it... desperate and a bit lazy, I guess... ^_^;
also, erm, thanks for letting me share this, everyone. this pic has actually been haunting me for over a year now and putting it here just relieves me already, so... thank you, really. :'D -plowed-
and finally a colored piece to bring more variety to the blog, especially after a huge set of raw and black-and-white drawings posts. heh. -why do I sound so proud; even my own self don't seem to understand; ah, well; slowly walk away-

The panels showed how you've thought this through, and I really liked the theme you picked to both equalize and differ them from each other at the same time <33 ;D
I didn't play this version of Harvest Moon that far, but this piece surely makes me want to play it again :'D Too bad my DS broke, sobs. But I had my share of nostalgia by seeing this, so thank you for posting it ~ C:
Let's see.. I remember Nami (of course, hurr), Lumina and Celia. I forgot the blonde one's name LOL. But they're all looking very pretty in the scan. And I think your merging of the 2 scans isn't bad at all, the edges match perfectly :D
Overall, awesome job again, along with your other drawings this week (y)

haha. I didn't even know that the gift can create what you say as 'equalized theme' here. simply did that cause it's holiday when I first started this. :'D -stomped-
but yeah, thanks for pointing out something that I fail to see before. it made me appreciate this piece even more. and they sure are very distinctive from each other, aren't they? probably why I got interested in drawing them, too. heh.

I think you can still play them if you have emulator. and these girls are also available in a PS2 version -which I fail to own and is even cooler cause your son can have his own career; sob-.
